Because of my expertise, I don’t recommend this program for anyone experiencing thumb clicking, locking, or triggering. Or for anyone who’s recently undergone thumb arthritis surgery.
And it’s not for you if you’ve been diagnosed with trigger thumb, De Quervains, or other thumb tendonitis conditions.
