Hand It Over

How can such a small injury be such a BIG pain?

Every day dealing with a mallet finger isn’t easy

But it doesn’t have to be all hard, either!!

No matter what stage your at with your mallet finger journey, the right program can:

  • Save you a whole lot of stress worrying whether your finger will ever be the same.
  • Prevent extra time wearing a splint due to not getting your fingertip position right in the first place.
  • Answer all your questions, without the hassle of trying to figure everything out by yourself.

These probably sound familiar…

Why is it important to keep my fingertip straight?

When can I start exercising my finger?

What if my mallet finger does not heal?

What happens if my splint falls off?

And guess what? You’ll likely have more questions bubbling up throughout your recovery. If this pesky injury isn’t a true test of patience, I don’t know what is.

Let’s ease your worries.

This program is your ticket to a clear path (and a calm mind). It’s like a sidekick when you need it, helping you achieve the best possible outcome.

Statistics show you ONLY get 13-16 minutes, or less, with your doctor during your office visit.

You’re likely told to wear a splint and come back in 6-8 weeks. That’s a lot of time and a lot of unanswered questions as you try to navigate your daily routines without a normal working finger.

If you’ve been losing sleep over your mallet finger injury, then you’re ready for a program designed to help you understand and navigate the healing process.

The Mallet Finger Self Treatment program is your roadmap, carefully designed to fill in the gaps, one step at a time.

Imagine having the tools to heal and the knowledge to protect. By using this program, as a complement to your doctor’s treatment plan, you’ll become an active participant in your own healing.

Here’s how to set yourself up for SUCCESS:

01

Gain a deep understanding of your mallet finger injury.

When you get information delivered in a way that is digestible right from the start, your chances of achieving optimal results are much higher.

02

Avoid mallet finger splinting confusion.

Discover the ideal splint position of your finger, what exercises to perform in your splint, and how to minimize splint removal to guard against future setbacks.

03

Unlock our proven exercise progression formula.

Leverage a clinically proven formula to transition from constant splint wear to exercise to normal hand use, without over stressing your finger (or yourself!).

The END result?

With Mallet Finger On Demand: A Simple Self Treatment Program, you get your hand back for all your favorite activities!

You’re already investing 6 to 8 weeks into healing your finger. You know that time could be all for nothing if you aren’t doing everything right.

So it’s not like you aren’t putting in the work.

You know you have a mallet finger injury.

And you know you need to protect it in order to heal.

But why does it feel like you are dismantling a bomb every time you have to remove your splint. Okay maybe that is an exaggeration but really, that is what one of my course members said it felt like.

You deserve to ease your fears and get all your questions answered during your healing. Not after, when it could be too late.

Who’s behind this Mallet Finger Self Treatment program anyway?

Hey my friend, I’m Michelle- a mom, wife, seasoned occupational therapist, and certified hand therapist.

Yep, I’m a hand nerd. I geek out a bit on the complex anatomy but really it’s HOW you use your hands that get me. It’s how crazy emotional you get when you can’t use them for your favorite sports, or hobbies, or heck, even daily activities. I’m looking at you- sticky toothpaste lid.

And that’s why I created the Mallet Finger Self Treatment program. This step by step, self-paced video program teaches you how to achieve the best results for your mallet finger injury.

I’ll show you everything you need to know.

This self paced program provides step-by-step weekly videos, detailed instructions, and cheat sheets to prevent your finger from drooping again.

When you join this on demand program, you’ll get:

  • A Step-by-Step 3 phase program focusing on proper healing.
  • Easy to follow video instruction, demonstration, and printed handout format.
  • Tips on how to prevent your finger from drooping again.
  • Proven Progressive Exercise Formula to safely transition to hand use and improve strength.
  • Monitor Your Mallet Cheat Sheet

Hear what others have to say…

What happens if you don’t take matters into your own hands?

You’ll continue down the internet rabbit hole of random information instead of learning from an expert.

More than likely, you’ll spend weeks worrying if your entire recovery is going to result in a normal finger.

You’re left wondering if there are exercises you should be doing, when all you’re told is “just don’t grip anything too hard for a while”.

Or worse case scenario, you could end up with another droopy finger.

That doesn’t sound like a healing journey anyone wants to deal with. You deserve to get the right information from the beginning.

Questions you may be asking before starting the Mallet Finger Self Treatment Program

Q: When can I start Mallet Finger on Demand?

It’s very important to see your doctor before starting any self-treatment program. In general, Mallet Finger on Demand can be started at any time throughout your recovery process. The educational tips and video demonstrations can be very helpful in the early phases of healing. However, the progressive exercises demonstrated in Module 3 should only be completed once full healing has occurred and you have been released by your doctor to start exercising your finger.

Due to the digital nature of this program, no refunds are given.

Q: How is the program structured?

The program is broken down into an introduction video, 3 self-paced video modules, and easy to follow digital handouts with written instructions.

Each video module will focus on the different phases of your recovery process. First, video module 1 and 2 are to be viewed from week 1 to week 6- 8. Depending on the type of mallet finger. Of course, we think you would benefit the most if video module 1 and 2 are viewed at the start of your recovery to achieve the most optimal outcome. Module 1 is largely education based, which will assist you in understanding your mallet finger injury. Whereas module 2 will explain and demonstrate what you can do while you wait for full healing to occur. Lastly, module 3 will review over what exercises to begin and how to slowly wean out of your splint once you are fully healed.

Q: Does Mallet Finger on Demand take the place of going to the doctor?

No. This program is not a replacement for seeking medical advice. This program is designed to be used in conjunction with your doctor, and physical or occupational therapist. More importantly, it is intended to help provide additional education and instruction. Which is often greatly needed due to limited time spent with your doctor or therapist. Always consult your doctor before starting any part of this program and review our disclaimer. Self-treatment and outcomes vary person to person therefore we do not guarantee results.

Q: How long is this program?

The total video viewing duration is 60 minutes. However, the length of time to complete the program will differ person to person and per your doctor’s advice. Ideally, the program will take you 12-15 weeks to complete if you start the program early in your recovery. However, many members join just for the exercise progression phase which takes 6-7 weeks to complete

Q: Do I need to purchase extra equipment for this program?

No. There is a list of recommended materials used in the video that you may find beneficial throughout your recovery but these are optional.

Q: Can I view this program on my phone?

Yes, our self-treatment program is very mobile friendly. However, the downloadable documents are in PDF format therefore you will want to download those files to your computer and then share to your other devices. Due to the digital nature of this program, no refunds are given.

Oh, one more thing…

Honestly, this program isn’t for everyone. It’s not for you if you’ve had mallet finger surgery, if you’ve had a mallet finger for over 3 months without any splinting, or if your mallet finger has turned into a swan neck deformity.

Yes, that’s a thing! And I talk about that in the program too. With that said, every finger and injury is different and therefore, results may vary. Read the disclaimer here.

But my guess is if you’ve made it this far on this page, you’re ready. Ready to get back to golfing, cooking, playing guitar, washing dishes- just like you did before your mallet finger.
